General Shipping Conditions / Customs Fees

Further details on shipping to Norway, the Canary Islands, as well as Ceuta and Melilla.

Please note that you are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees when shipping to Norway (from €150 order value), the Canary Islands or Ceuta and Melilla. These are not included in the shipping or handling costs of your order. Since customs duties and taxes vary significantly from country to country, we recommend that you check with your local customs office for details on the estimated costs.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 2–10 days, and international deliveries within 2–15 days after contract conclusion. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
