General Shipping Conditions / Customs Fees
Further details on shipping to Switzerland, Norway, the Canary Islands, as well as Ceuta and Melilla.
Please note that when shipping to Switzerland (from 300 CHF), to Norway, to the Canary Islands, or to Ceuta and Melilla, you are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the shipping or handling costs of your order. Since customs duties and taxes vary significantly from country to country, we recommend that you check with your local customs office for details on the estimated costs.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 2–10 days, and international deliveries within 2–15 days after contract conclusion (for advance payment, after receipt of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
