The item you ordered doesn’t fit or doesn’t meet your expectations? No problem! For all orders, in addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we also offer an extended return period of 30 days from the date you receive your item.

- For a quick and smooth return process, please include the delivery note or a note with the order number.
- We can only accept items that are in their original condition. This includes unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags.

Please select your shipping country from the list below and download your free DHL return label (returns from the United Kingdom are handled via Evri, and returns from Switzerland via Post CH).
For DHL shipments, the return label can either be printed out or the QR code can be shown at the post office.
Please note that no QR code is available for Evri shipments. In this case, the return label must be printed.

* Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer free returns in these countries.
We ask customers from these countries to return ordered items through the local post office. After receiving the items at our logistics center, we will refund the item value.
** For Sweden: Please note that the return label is valid at a DHL Service Point only 24 hours after the label has been issued.
