Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
If you would like to add more items, please place a new order.

Why was my order canceled?

Orders may be canceled, or your purchase offer may not be accepted, if the item you ordered is unavailable. In such cases, we will, of course, refund your payment.

Which payment methods are accepted?

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

  • Credit card payment
  • Payment via PayPal
  • Payment via Klarna (credit card, direct debit, and possibly purchase on account)
  • Apple Pay, credit card, iDeal (via Stripe)

How is the delivery handled?

We work with the shipping companies DHL and Evri.

Can I track my shipment?

Of course! Every order comes with a tracking link.

Which size do I need?

Our male models are approximately ±185 cm tall, weigh around ±80 kg, and wear size L.
Our female models are approximately ±173 cm tall, weigh around ±65 kg, and wear size S.

I would like to return something. How do I proceed?

To exercise your legal right of withdrawal, please have your order number ready and proceed as follows:

How do I get the return label?

You can print it yourself via DHL. Simply search for your country and enter your details. You don’t necessarily need a printer—you can also use a QR code on your phone at the post office. The QR code will be scanned and printed there.
It’s important to include the delivery note in the return package so that it can be correctly assigned in our warehouse.

Is an exchange possible?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Once we receive your return, it will be checked, and you will receive a refund. If you need a different size or another item, please place a new order.

How long does the refund take? How will I get my money back?

Once your return has been received, it will be checked and refunded within 1-3 business days. In rare cases, there may be delays in bank processing.
We will refund your purchase amount using the same payment method you originally used.

Can I wash my Alpha Industries products?

First rule: REMOVE BEFORE WASHING!
Please remove the tag before every wash so you can reattach it afterward and rock the streets!

If you want to wash an Alpha jacket, we recommend taking it to a professional cleaner.

For washing T-shirts, sweaters, hoodies, pants, shorts, socks, or long sleeves, turn them inside out, select a gentle 30°C wash cycle, and let them air dry.
